Hi all: I started out as a painter, then switched to digital art after I saw some work in Bryce. Abandoned Bryce more or less when the Poser bug bit. I have always liked more realistic painting. I also have worked as a professional photographer and currently shoot with a Nikon SLR digital camera. What's nice is I could use all my 35 mil lenses with the digital. Happy rendering!! I'm married with two grown daughters and one grandson. Here I am on my new horse, Dylan.

Great creation, beautiful lighting...when I think that some people think Daz Studio is better where rendering is concerned, they should take a look at this image !

She's very lovely and I would love to keep her company – as long as she doesn't smack me with that sword! This is really well done, my friend!

Very , very impressive. Like others, I'm captivated by the details and the reflections. You evoke a nice sense of place. Although she's an attractive character and I like the details of the scratches/marks, I'm not sure who she is. Perhaps you could modify the pose and expression just a bit? Maybe put more weight on one hip, do something with the free arm: put it on hip, or hang it back a bit so that it helps square her shoulders (which could help convey a sense of strength)? The same for the expression -- more of a smile or lower the lids on her eyes and furrow her brow a smidge. I would like her to commit to being more open or more closed, because that would change this from a picture of a girl into the portrait of a woman. Anyway, I think I'm wandering off the deep end, here. Sorry about that. I'm just taken by your work and inspired to opine!
