The funniest thing happened,
when I tried to print this image
on some rough and thick paper
with my (Epson 4 color AcuLacer
2000) printer.

Very cool. For a college project I once ran wax paper through the printer.......duh. What REALLY works is wallpaper.......VERY cool outcomes. THIS looks like you planned it.

this piece definitely looks like it was intentional,,, i like the effect very much... it's good to see there are some intelligent enough to make mistakes into something that works.. .. . maybe now you could do some more 2d work to this, taking this idea of an old photo even further. . ..great work!
