Hi, I am a student from the UK currently in the first year of a Postgraduate Diploma In Architecture.
I'm interested in all 3D work and photography. I use Cinema4D for all my uni work, although I have only ever posted the one image at RR.
More recently photography has taken over and I love taking photos of all sorts of things. I don't have any specific 'series; of photos, just post the ones I like best.BIOCurrent Equipment:
Nikon D70
18-70mm AF-S DX Nikkor Lens
70-300mmG Lens
Remote Shutter Release
Fujifilm 40i 3.1mp Compact Digital Camera
and a pretty standard tripod.

This is some excellent modelling. It looks like a lot of thought went into the actual mechanics of it. I think a rendering of a 3/4's view of the entire bot would do justice to the fine work. My only question is - why the tail?

This is just plain awesome. I like the anatomically-influenced design, and those are great renders too. This is your first bit of 3d modelling? Sheesh! And hey - why not the tail?

Hi, thanks guys, to be honest I didn't really know what to do once I had finished modelling it, and yes, one view probably would do fine. It could probably look a lot better in different lighting conditions. Thanks for your comments, it gives me the urge to do some more. Cheers.
