Description

Ancient legend of Easter Island tells that long ago the Moai once walked about the island of Rapa Nui (Easter Island). Scientists theorize the people of Rapa Nui "walked" the Moai (pronounced mo-eye) using ropes and a controlled tugging action to "walk" the Moai for miles to their final resting place. The people of Rapa Nui carved the Moai out of volcanic rock some weighing tons. There are about 1000 Moai of various sizes all throughout Easter Island. Each Moai is a representation of dead chiefs and descendants of Rapa Nui people. Hello! Its been so long since I posted anything. I bought a new PC and software...trying to get back into the swing of things. Thanks for having a look.

I don't think the Moai will be able walk very far, being blind-folded like that. He's likely to trip, and fall on some of the locals. Very nice work.
