Very, very cute! A lot of personality on display here. You did a nice job and I like the blur on the clouds in the foreground. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to add a little more white to the propeller spin, but that would just be my preference. This is a nicely executed cartoon -- well done!

Outstanding and fun work. For me, I see a technical detail in the prop spin that is wonderful. I am wondering if you did this in layers , a blurred one and a straight one , and then blended for the prop spin. i can see how that might work and am going to have to give it a try. Thanks for a fun render and a learning moment.
