I really like the image, but the left eye is looking up into her head. If you could bring it down a little, I think it would improve the image a great deal.

Other than the issue with her eyes she's gorgeous... I love her skin tone... Just a suggestion, adding a bit of a squint to her eyes would imply a little more sensuality.
