Description
The Trial returns at long last! I've decided to launch this chapter whilst still completing it- breaking one of my cardinal rules apparently. I've decided on this occasion to throw caution to the wind- I'm three quarters of the way through so putting the first pages out there now can't be too much of a risk.
We're finally back in court again after over a year in our time but only four months in story time; here we get to see the Prosecutor- Giles Faber-in action for the first time. This man has made it his mission to see that Davros is held to account for his crimes, as ever though Davros' defence Counsel Dawson will provide formidible opposition- as we shall see.
This chapter begins slowly and builds and builds....
Big thanks to everyone for their support over the years, I do hope I make it worth your while.

I really must get to viewing ALL the Dr. Who series to see the relevance within your story!

This story covers an event mentioned in the Davros character arc, but never shown in the series. The events in this story take place between 'Destiny of the Daleks' where we see Davros captured and 'Resurection of the Daleks' when the Daleks eventually come to rescue him. That he is put on trial by the Earth Empire is all that is known, as is the outcome in many ways. Or is it.. we shall see. :)

Excellent ! I am so glad to see the series continuing. I applaud you on your ability to stay on task and thoughtfully work through a story line. No easy task.
