my son wish me to paint a man on top the mountain for a book cover . here a link to his page https://www.facebook.com/McGregorBooks/?pnref=story here is the site where his books is been sold . he have more that one but he put my painting on this one http://www.lulu.com/shop/http://www.lulu.com/shop/damon-mcgregor/immortalization-best-of-poetry-collected-works/paperback/product-22555509.html anyway I do not live in the mountains so i have been to the mountains but it just by merony I do this and out of my head. i have looked at photos on line but that it to get a feel for the mountains and the last time i been to a mountain top that i remember was when i was in France and Italy boarder where a tunnel goes thought the mountain between the two countries and that was in 1971 or 72 lol. I have been on top of Pike Peak and took photos but that was in the 1980's do not know where those photos are plus my mom just die so it a blank for most of it. anyway I like to know if this is how it look up there on mountain tops or is it a fantasy way of thinking here???

You did a marvelous job on this one, Jocko! I live in the plains but have traveled through mountains and this looks a lot like what I remember seeing! Bravo!

Cool and great acrylic abstract of the man atop the mountain ranges, Jock. The mountain range in the back could have been a lighter and hazier blue. And, I didn't know you were in France and Italy.

Jock, I think you did a really great job. You made the sun shine on the mountain and the person seems to feel happy. Only I would change the hand a little bit. Maybe he has a book in his hand. Would be a lovely cover. I am so sorry for your loss of your mother, Jock.
