The Simplex Premier. This 'washing machine' is still occasionally used by me. Someone made me a new handle a few years ago. I used to have a smaller one but it has gone missing, I suspect stolen by a past lodger. You can see inside/underneath Here

Tibetan Buddhists use ceremonial horns remarkably similar in shape to this. I only go as far back as the washing machines with the wringers on the top. Nice capture, this is a new one for me.

You do know that you can buy washing machines at Curries : - ) , you could get on Antiques Roadshow with it. I seem to remember using something like it when I was a Kid,It was fun then.
