An interesting way of getting prop blur if you look in the texture folder there is a Jpg prop blur open it in photo shop or whatever remove black save as a transparent image add and rotate layers 3 or 4 paste them on a gray back ground adjust transiency of each layer use motion Blur brushes or Fx save as a merged Jpg to add prop to plane create a curricular Primitive use surface editor to add Prop to primitive and save as an obj now import into scene parent to planes motor Adjust size and Transparency that how I did It in https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/nightmare-at-20-000-feet/2663005/
