Great diorama of British paratroops in famous WW2 attack on Pegasus Bridge as part of the D-Day invasion!

If scale 1/36, this must be a BIG diorama! The sad thing was so many crashed, killing all aboard. Here, the pilot's had good luck despite the anti-glider obstacles. I can count 9 men. The total passengers was 12 if I recall correctly. What strikes me here is the effort into doing a realistic terrain. Good work! By the way, what have you used for the barbed wire? Thread? Thin copper wire? Other material? Good lighting, suggestive of early morning. Keep up the good work! :-)

Hi, man, First of all, thanks for your comment. The scale of this diorama is 1/72. Always difficult to paint the little figures. The barbed wire was made of copper wire from unraveled electricity thread. Then it was painted with rust colour. Salute Gerrit.
