This is really wonderful made, Carol. Both, words and painting, it gives The Wisteria so much justice. (btw we have a Wisteria in front of our house, and for so many years it's really a great joy when from the end of April it shows its big flowers again.)

I haven't used alcohol inks in more than 25 years, but you make me want to go back to them. This is inspiring and BEAUTIFUL. I love the choices you made to fade to lightness at the bottom of the illustration. Dang, this is STUNNING. What size is the original?

mmitchell_houston, thanks for your lovely comment. And so glad this inspires you to play with alcohol ink again. I find the medium wild and fascinating. The original ink painting was 9 x 12, however art prints are available in various sizes, from small to huge.
