Description

A while ago I posted an image entitled "City Moon." My friend Pat loved it, and asked if she could print it on fabric and mess around with it. The idea was that she would embellish the piece with embroidery and beads, and however it turned out, I would take pictures to show you all here on Renderosity. You know ... a full circle thing. :) When she had done her beading and whatnot, she framed the piece with silk ties and gave it back to me to hand-quilt the border. After that, much creative conversation ensued! Pat constructed everything from that point forward, although ideas for all the details came from both of us. She brought the finished bag over yesterday for me to photograph, and ... ta da! ... done! :) FULL VIEW is essential if you want to get a good look at the details and craftsmanship that went into this project. You can see my original image here: City Moon

Nice collage! What a fun idea, and with each step the one has a surprise for the other. You must have had a heck of a lot of fun doing this! This really put a smile on my face (despite aching from extracted teeth). Keep up the good work! :-)
