Description

Quinn “Mofo” McMean is the leader of the newly formed RCCU-Unit.RCCU stands for RatCrapCleansing Unit.This unit has the task of taking care of 2-leged rats and nobrainer-crapheads.And as our budget has difficulties of getting funds ,- (we are in economic crisis remember ) ,the city council took the decision that there is no need to waste money and paperwork on above mentionned subjects.Therefore the RCCU takes no prisoners,they cancel the individuals as they catch 'em and do the disposal. Quinn works hand in hand with our undercover agents and therefore he meets often with Jake Lacroix to get the latest intel about the targets.
