Those are way beyond golden, they're positively saffron! How lovely, and an excellent capture Harry!

Total yellow/saffron(denise)/green saturation! What a color and shape fest this is. And, because it's all surrounded by bleached gravel, it just stands out like a huddling of porcupines. Terrific 'gathering' shot, with really strong hues to draw us in. And they do look huggable, even though they'd probably leave perforations big enough to get a truck through. A cactus family all cuddled together; and the shadows, because of the light, are very deep and sharp. I love it.

Harry I'm at 1 hour and 40 minutes, and I have to leave RR now. But I'll be back soon. I had to choose, for my last image today, between this and the broken pavement of the last week (or that great arrow shot a few days ago), but I chose this because I've not commented on a cactus in your gallery in a while. It's almost curry in color. A real pleasure being back here, as always. Terrific commitment in your gallery.
