Great textures & patterns - a fine abstract created from something that probably wouldn't even penetrate the consciousness of most passersby...

A lot of tires have gone over that arrow, and attached to a lot of heavy vehicles to boot, it would appear. Seems like road repairs might be in the cards for this spot, or at least ought to be considered! Great capture, Harry!

(I'm skipping now, and I'm still only at March 8th!) I was sure I'd commented on this! Well, I may have mentioned it in an email...but it's a terrific shot, one of your terrific markers on the street shots. This arrow has some major Abstract Expressionism going on in it. That tire swath---that black smeary stuff on the left side of the arrow---is terrific. As are the usual street cracks, which often look like tributaries breaking up a land mass, in your shots. And there's an arrow-like 'hat' above the arrow's point, like someone came along and painted a hat for it. With a bold cross line, diagonal from bottom-right to top-left. Terrific intersection photography, and wonderful textures, Harry.
