PURPLE HAZE - just like a vision of Jimi Hendrix song, yay - I am still doing the rounds here at Rendo (pretty rare lately) - most of the times, work gets in the way and stops me or slows me down to a bigger stop/halt/volt/ jolt, than originally planned - or another theory - maybe I am not too well organised with getting everything done, when I want to - hmmm, ponder ?

... be as it may, here is another little offering to keep me and you, happy at last... (or not) LOL
This is one blossom of a Tibouchina urvilleana tree/shrub, with rich and vibrant purple to violet satiny flower clusters, you cannot even imagine - unless you come and check them out for yourself here on the East Coast of Australia, where we are living... but they are also an indigenous native to Brazil, maybe closer to your home ?

The first of March was the start of Autumn for us - but we are still sweating it out, with high daytime temps. around 28-30 C & nighttime temps. ca.21 C ... not too shabby me thinks, but with very high humidity and lots of little sub-tropical downpours, [no real complaints] I love all kinds of weather !.

Very lovely flower and interesting weather report - today I don't think we (Southwestern Washington) got above 45F (7.2C) and it rained most of the day

Well, my dear friend, I admire your beautiful picture, and when I do some kind of research, and I look from the bottom up, it is a blessing of lovely warm light, that comes through my eyes into my heart. A very rich feeling, like it's a rich sense, that you donates your tender picture, that's to see into your garden, through RR to us all. It will be because it's the back of the flower, but I thought this flower was a Passiflora, what I'm not recognize here. But that doesn't matter, it's purple, and an overwhelming passion. Conclusion: it's a passion-flower. Take care, dear BB-chen!

Aw you are getting ready for Winter and us for Spring ! Actually the 21 of March is our first day Spring--- horray ! We have had a couple of melting snow days but there is still a lot more to gooooo !
