After downloading Mausel's excellent (and free!) sci fi hangar from sharecg, this piece quickly developed. I'm experimenting with various techniques to develop complicated scenes with different effects and still keep the render times within reasonable bounds. Scout ship and battle cruiser: Really terrific creations from Herminio Neves on sharecg generously for free. Sci-fi hangar: Really beautiful model and textures by Mausel, generously free on sharecg as well. The "e wagen" is his as well. Syntheth "traders": Cool models from FoRender. (These took some creative lighting effects to get the effect that I wanted.) Crates 'n cargo: Excellent and versatile sci fi boxes by petipet on daz Human "traders": M3 figures with PoserWorld and Daz euip, tweaked and re-purposed for the occasion. The figures were posed and equipped in PoserPro with some creative swapping of equipment and major figure tweaks. Set up, more texture tweaking, composed and lighted in Vue6Infinite, adjustments and post touch-up in PS Cs3.
