Description
No, it's not referring to these three beauties, even though their fashion sense comes close. What it really refers to is the brightly coloured Victorian-Edwardian architecture behind them that's unique to San Francisco (though there's a bit of it in Wellington, NZ too).

Except for the auto in the front, this could almost pass for a render of a cleaner, more vivacious hippie scene in the San Fran of the late 1960s-early 1970s. Really lovely work here!
