Description

Made by Apophysis, one layer. Plowing through waters by wind and storm the fire under shins but nothing is gone hot underfoot but the ball remains round. Still on the run by remembering the fun. Just a very poor translation ;-) Thank you very much for your always so appreciated words.

What a gorgeous poem Mies.

It really fits with your image of the ball bouncing, and balancing in the waves.

Amazing shapes, colors and atmosphere.

Your poem suggests a great ball, either on fire or with fire underneath it...and the ball keeps moving and never forgets the joy and fun it has (and gives) by moving. Well, your fractal illustrates that. Though your fractal feels cosmic. This ball is filled with cosmic energies: Whole worlds are inside it. And those energies surge across the ball's surface. And the world behind the ball is cosmic too: On the bottom, it's like a sea, with surging waves and lights. And on top, it's like a huge galaxy-explosion (on the right) with stars blasting into the sky. There are a lot of waves in this fractal, big surging waves. And there is great clarity as well. A stunning evocation of your poem, and a beautiful piece of art. And btw, I appreciate that you translate your poetry for us: I know you have to deal with a 2d or 3d language (or 4th) everytime you come here, and I'm very grateful. We English speakers are lazy; and one of these days I'll try to translate my comments into Dutch...the only problem is, I don't know any Dutch, and when I use online translators, I don't know how bad my Dutch will sound. But I'll try it, one of these days. I appreciate the effort you make for us, every time you're here.
