Composition très "orientale"! J'ai visité l'Iran - en auto-stop il y a bien longtemps...C'était du temps du Shah. J'ai tout de suite "accroché" sur le plat. Nous avons toute une collection de plats ramenés lors de nos périples en Tunisie, en Turquie et au Maroc. Ton plat ressemble beaucoup à un des nôtres!

We have a large Persian/Iranian population in my town, and my brother has a neighbour whose name is Narooz! I really like this photo, it gives a distinct feel of the culture.
