Not happy with the lion's mane in the first version so I have updated this with some CS2 postwork, following Maldowns' comment below. (though for some reason the thumbnail persists in showing the old version, so you may need to click through to the full image)

Check out some lion photos you will find the mane comes down further and covers the ears. For some reason the daz lion mane does not conform in the correct position and I see too many renders with it not adjusted-the lions ears should poke out through the mane. Cheers...good work

You're right Maldowns, the DAZ big cat doesn't make a great lion... its not poseable enough and as you say the mane is problematic. I tried tweaking it within DS3 to no avail; the controls are woefully limited. I think the only solution will be postwork in paintshop unless I can locate a better model.
