Nice composite work. What are the round dishes on the bridge's cables for? Are they to keep the "Manhattan Rats" from invading Brooklyn? Or are they for some other purpose? Keep up the good work! :-)

No. Tourist were climbing the bridge to take selfies. In their fear that a terrorist ma climb it and blow it up, they have blocked it off.
