'Courtesan' ~ A personal vision and a new 'WillowRaven Visual Writing Prompt Challenge' piece. #Drow #Courtesan Funny note: Has anyone else noticed there is almost no info online about Drow Courtesans? This was my first time playing with DynCreator. I love it but it can be frustrating figuring out what it will and won't work well with. But for only $8, I'm not complaining, lol. My only concern is when I go to buy a product for Poser and I have the same 50/50 shot of it working with this cool script. Both dress and sleeves are Poser dynamic freebies and were draped in Daz. Always liked your work, and I just got back into art after a 2 year LOA. I have never really understood how scripts work and I just tried the new DAZ DS out just recently. I working on my 4th render, so no help from me sorry. I used DS just before they came out with Poser 5 and never went back till now. I love the drape of dynamic cloth bot so little of it is actually made. Thanks for the point to the freebies which should work in Poser 11 just fine. Hope all is well with you. As to Drow Courtesans literature lol I read probably 20 plus books on the subject and as a rule Drow Females are the ruling class and normally would not stoop so low, however there were a couple of books about disgraced houseless Drow Females that actually courted males. Usually if they want company they order the male to service....smile

Actually, I found a lot of literature about them, just nothing describing their attire. It's actually a fairly high-class career choice vs lower-classed prostitutes, even for females, and naturally, they greatly outrank the males. A lot of Drow courtesans are also assassins. Beautiful work and great drape of the clothing!

I tried the Grappo and Papapapa clothes you mentioned. I had no problem using the instructions from the tutorial using the animated feature. One thing I do find is that after creating the dynamic cloth it seems helpful to parent it to the figure, not sure if it makes a difference but it can't hurt, I have included this pic so you can see them draped.

Hi there, WillowRaven, good to see you back again!

Really like the way this character is dressed. I'm particularly impressed by all the jewellery and the piece of fabric draped from her arms, with all the folds and translucent patterns. Technically superb work. (Her eyes and mouth are a bit too weird for me, though; well, guess it's just me... :) )
