She is gorgeous and her resemblance of Cleopatra is amazing.

I love your 'tilt' here, and the feeling that this painting is on special paper with "deckled edges". (Cadre? I don't know the French word...I'm referring to the "tassels" on the edges of fine paper, esp rag-paper: You have them on the top and bottom of this portrait.) I love how this paper is tilted, to give the portrait a spontaneous feeling...like we're peeking in on it, though we're not supposed to...
A very minimalist painting---you've broken this woman into several simple large shapes, with very thick, bold outlines. It has a little bit in common with comic-book art. Do you know the "pop" art of Roy Lichtenstein? Here's a Google link...https://images.search.yahoo.com/yhs/search;_ylt=AwrB8o_.3h5X4xYAo2QunIlQ?ei=UTF-8&fr=yhs-mozilla-004&hsimp=yhs-004&hspart=mozilla&p=roy+lichtenstein&fr2=sp-qrw-corr-top&norw=1. But this also has Japanese qualities. And, above all, it is all "Yves". I love your spare use of yellows, blues and reds. And the choice to place this woman against that beautiful deep blue. The tilt is the crème de la crème! A beautiful and highly intuitive painting, Yves. Masterful.
