Nice bump and trans maps, although the bump map looks parametric instead of UV mapped at the neck. All in all a nice job.

This is good stuff, but I find that for computer rendered images, to achieve "real" realism, you need to blur a tiny bit and add a little noise. The more "realism" has to work at the viewer, the realer it looks
