Working on creating cityscapes in Bryce. This is only a study hence unfinished and erratic..... Interested in any comments, ideas, techniques, or available tutorials specifically related to creating cityscapes.... Cheers....seanmichael

Looks like buildings are missing pieces, but aside from that they look very good, a dark industrial look. I made a cityscape once using nothing but terrains extruded from a 2D image of thousands of rectangles.

agree with max-. terrains will give you much diversity of shape. my city scapes are done with terrains and could easily be improved upon. feel free to take a looksee.
