Description
Dante's Inferno, Canto XVII
His face was innocent of every guile,
benign and just in feature and expression;
and under it his body was half reptile.
His two great paws were hairy to the armpits;
all his back and both his flanks
were figured with bright knots and subtle circlets..
His tail twitched in the void beyond that lip,
thrashing, and twisting up the envenomed fork
which, like a scorpion's stinger, armed the tip.

Wonderful work!

Here you are at last! I was going to send a search party into the Deep Texture Editor and rescue you. I absolutely love his doleful little mush, he looks like a harassed puppy pestered by fleas. The oily gunk looks thick and slick, a bit like the mess bats leave around their caves. Thanks be that Scratch an Sniff monitors are a thing of the future. You have been missed very much here Gypsy! Miles of smiles

This face looks really innocent and the sad and devoted view of his eyes touches us!! - - Outstanding artwork with a lot of emotion, thanks for sharing it :-)))

This is a very unique piece. I can only imagine what you were thinking as you did this. The men look like they are climbing a statue. Geryon looks like hes unaware of his burdens or that he is completely unconcerned with them. This could be a metaphor of life and how we cope with it. Very well done!

An excellent work. The way you did the dragon, it really does look like Geryon from the Inferno. The background is particularly well done. A great interpretation of the void.

Excellent attention to detail (or should that be to "da tail" - wink). You have captured the beast to perfection!
