Use Carrara, Daz Studio, IClone and Cinema 4D for 3D (and was a beta tester for Cinema 4D for about 5 years).

Leave a The bow waves were perhaps the greatest challenge, mostly hand drawn in PS with some of Ron's brushes, available at Daz3D. The sub came from 3D Warehouse “XXIII Elektro Unterseeboot”, converted from Sketchup to OBJ via Reallusion’s 3DXchange. Background photo was taken outside of Tortola BVI, and I replaced the original ocean with my rendered one. A bit of trickiness there. The Sub and sailboat are obviously in front of the background, but some of the small islands are in front of the render! Two way compositing needed, first I've ever done like that. - Doncomment
