Description
The Supreme Dalek has to report to an higher power; the Prime Dalek or Dalek Prime if you are that way inclined was originally invented by author John Peel and described as a shorter than average Dalek with a gold dome. I imagine he has a big boomy bossy voice as well. Peel would use the Dalek Prime throughout his novelisations of the classic TV Dalek stories and described how he (rather than 'it') experimented on himself to mutate himself into the Emperor of the Daleks.- http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Dalek_Prime
