I agree with the above comments---this is brilliantly done. You've used a filter which can easily overtake a photo: But you didn't allow that to happen. Rather, you let the filter create a whole world of its own---this feels almost like a Manhattan skyline; and, at the same time, it feels like a photo super-imposed over a shining metal sheet. Or electrical towers with huge sparks all around it. It's haunting, almost icy, and beautiful. Beautiful work with the ever-beloved Fractalius filters. Very sensitively done.
