after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve
i enjoy working with poser, i have such a dinosaur version i use, (p6) wish i had poser 2012 at least. i also use photoshop 7 for most of my work i post here. but more so photography is my main passion, just hope to get a camera again someday.

p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

She's not one to be messed with, that's for sure! Now let's get her into some serious armor and have her take down a Paklet. :D Great job, Steve.

an elven warrior, dressed extremely well (as all your models are), and turning in a very complex pose, to deliver her warning; backed up by her weapon---which, we assume, she's expert at. (Ie, I ain't gonna take her on, believe me...) And she's standing on a bridge of some sort (or a portico) in front of a big beautiful spread of Venetian-looking towers, with beautiful domes, rounded arches, all kinds of intersecting angles, and trees, plants, etc. It's almost as if she's has so much beauty to look at, she'll strike anyone who takes her away from this sight. And I don't blame her...You also have the background in partial blur (bokeh, as we photographers like to call it), to make it feel photographic---she's the focus, after all. But what a spread in front of her: A real cornucopia of a scene. And she looks like she's taken on armies without a hitch, so no one's about to mess with her contemplation of this city. Wonderful piece, playful and very well done. A wonderful imagination on you!
I'm at an hour and a half now, so I have to leave. If I left shorter comments, I could cover more ground; but I see everything regardless and it's a pleasure. Hope the snow is close to being over---I know you guys get it into May, out there. Your work doesn't wane, though, no matter what befalls you over there. Beautiful work, as always, Steve...
