lol, Rod...I understand...I love your way with dark subjects (dark emotionally as well as visually). You have such play in them, such tongue in cheek. I love this lady's eyes, I love the lip ring and nose stud, and that wild tentacle helmet. (If that's a casual 'hat', man, that lady's gotta have one helluva wardrobe.) Great shade around her eyes, and I love her hand gesture as if she's egging us to come closer. (At first I thought she was giving us the finger, but then I saw it was her first finger. Ah well...) You even have patterns on her nails. And then the orb-lit background with eerie heavy clouds, and the skulls in a cage. (Looks like stuff she puts out for company---"Care for a skull? I have more in the fridge...") Terrific. Dark and lots of fun, and done with your usual skill and wink of the artist's eye.
