Candy human eyeballs float in thick heavy water mucous, the gentle glow of gamma radiation reflected on the young trick or treaters faces. Off to the side the most prized treat, a simulated human head slowly desolves in a vat of highly radioactive Plutonium Oxide, the residue making a excellent drink for the tired and thirsty young ones. Centuries ago a great war between cyborgs and humans raged with humans the vanquished. Today, the whisper of boogyhuman coming will have the children running. Hidden in every closet and beneath every bed, an imagined living human is waiting to grab the unattentive child. Afterall, there is nothing more scary to a child cyborg then the thought of a true human. And on this night especially, the ghosts of dead humans, zombies of the vaquished race wait to scare the helpless child. Be careful young cyborgs and have fun, afterall, there is no such thing as a living human. Sidenote: Be aware that the true humans get the last laugh here. Prior to the war, these cyborgs were modified. Just as humans are made of organic cells, these cyborgs are made of 'nanotech' machines. Even the human simulated brain case is just nanomachines.
