after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

More of your modern/avant garde design. I love what you do with big abstract shapes. Wonderful play between the blue glass orbs and the dark blue verticals. And that blue cat sculpture (with purple bands in its tail). And fine color schemes in the floor and background---morphing from purples to aqua greens. And the woman walks through all this, as if to invite us in---or maybe get her out, lol. nd you dressed her in blacks---with black hair---as contrast to your other hues. Beautifully done. And btw, sometimes artists tell me they didn't intend half the things I say in my comments. But most of us don't intend a lot of what we do in art: It's our instincts that guide us. Our inner eyes guide us even when we don't think about it. So, for me, whether you make these choices consciously, or just feel them, you make them; and you have a terrific artist's eye. A terrific Monday piece, a real beauty.
(I can't see 99% of what I put in my art, and I couldn't comment on my work if you paid me---just to show how little I'm conscious of what I do as an artist. I'm always amazed when people like it, because when I'm done, I have no clue what I've just done.)
