I'm trying to pick up images from the last month that I missed. And it's frustrating to see that I did 'this' image, but then skipped that. I wanna say, "Mark? get it together". Anyway, I remember commenting on the original of this, and this one is a dayglo/infrared (thermal) closeup of a major living thing that may take over the world, a strange plant on a strange planet, a mushroom cloud that didn't quite make it, or a painting made with mint cherry ice cream on a very intense background. Love the intense hues, and the way the striations are now radioactive (compared to the last shot). And the top looks like it's at the threshold of exploding. Love the big electric blast of it all. You got good mileage out of an already wonderful original.
