Based on ISO and F-stop with no reference to filters you may have used I am guessing the moon. Have no experience with shutter speeds that fast so I'm not really sure. Great photo either way.

At the shutter speed indicated, and considering the relative evenness of the sky - and no motion blur in the trees - I'd say the sun. But it would easily pass as the moon. This is very cool, Richard!
