Isn't it funny, how once you've taken a picture of something it's so familiar? I remember that car from our walk through the neighborhood in September, 2013. I like your shot ... the light and the quality of the paint is quite satisfying.

strong light makes this car stand out, even in its denim blue against that bright yellow and tan-orange house, and the bright yellow grass, etc. Your angle puts most of the car against that big tree, which provides a fine backdrop. And the split of the background between that tree and the house is very satisfactory, as is the sliver of house in the far right upper corner. A very satisfying capture of an old beast of a car.
