I saw this when it went up, and sent my wishes to steve because of it. It's a perfect image from him, and I see that he loved it. I love the 50s outfit (with modern twists), and that she's leaning over reels of film, with some film coming out of them. The deep reds and the deep shadows in the background suggest a deep interior; and that's fitting for someone holding film reels...like this is her private projectionist booth, or the place she views and edits these films. Beautiful furled fabric behind her; and the gold tinged leaves in two corners are opulent and beautiful. It's like a peek into her private world. Really well done.
