Description
It is exactly that for me . My recent works have all been very uninteresting and followed a similar theme . With the prospect of stretching Poser Pro as far as I can go , I am at my wits end trying to extract even more out of the software i have come to love and enjoy using in the creation of my work .With the advent of V7 and V7 being a solely only Daz product meant only to be used with DAZ Studio and not shared with other software such as Poser .Inspiration and creativity all seem to have dried up for me .There are no new releases for the older models like V4 etc and I can't seem to get the hang of DAZ studio .I can't seem to access my Poser files in DAZ studio and there fore am finding it very difficult to follow the tutorials offered by DAZ . i have a huge runtime of Poser files that I cannot access in DAZ studio. It would seem that DAZ is intent on fleecing as much money as they can out of all the Poser users by making it so that existing files that work in Poser can only be used in DAZ if you purchase the DAZ equivalent file. When I add up all the money I could have spent on Victoria 7 /Genesis 3 it would seem that the biggest loser here is DAZ its self as they will not be getting any of my money if I can't use DAZ Studio. Which is a shame as I can't help feeling Victoria 7 is beckoning me to come and join her in a world that only she knows best . And that is a pity.
If anyone has any ideas how I can get started and become familiar using DAS Studio Pro then I'd be only to happy to hear them .
I might add that its not just DAZ that is missing out on my hard earned dollars but also merchants who create the wonderful accessories that adorn V7.

Nice work.
You have to tell DAZ Studio where to find your Poser content, but then it should work fine. I use both programs without any difficulty.
Here's some instructions that might help http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/artzone/pub/software/dazcontentconfiguration

Lovely work! Hang in there. I heard that that the New DAZ characters will soon be usable in Poser. Not sure if that means only Poser 11 or not but at least a window is opening.

A wonderful portrait ... and I guess DAZ is for you what Poser is for me. It's difficult to get familiar to a different software, but I bet in these comments here you find a lot of answers! ;-)
