Reinforcements arrive... but are they too late? Will they be enough to stop the super-ape known as Apex?

This is a work in progress. Normally, it'd be done in my favorite toon style, but the large file sizes (85MB and 63MB) for this scene are taxing my old PC's resources (a 266Mhz Pentium with 256MB RAM). I'll do a tooned version some time down the road, but I wanted to share this in the meantime.
Done entirely in Poser Pro Pack with some post work in Photoshop.
