Description

This is the hugest scene I've ever made. It contains over 1500 trees and 20 palmtrees. Incredibly the render only took 40 min. at the size of 1280 x 960. Weird. Comments are VERY appreciated (as always :) Thank you for viewing.

Deadhead : If you pu all trees in a layer and hide it it won't slow your system. Then it's only the rendertime which grows and the filesize :) But still.. 40 min!

The whole scene is just excellent...very well done. It has a wet, dripping, jungley feel to it. You can almost feel the humidity and hear the cry of the macaws....

I think there's some irreal palm trees, because are too high in the air, it seemes floating. But this is only a little particular. This pic is so beautiful.....i will retire to live as a hermit in tibet.

This is outstanding! The depth of the shadows on the left side makes your use of volumetric fogs more effective. Gives your image terrific dimensionality, almost like a Chinese landscape painting but a lot more realistic though. Bravo!
