To think you now are 20, it happened in the blink of an eye. I go back to the days you were younger, and just a little guy. Things were sometimes hard, and I was on my own, it’s quite different now, as now you’re fully grown. I wouldn’t change a thing, for you it was all worth it, I did the very best I could, I never said that I was perfect. Sure there were times where we went head to head, where you thought you knew everything and lots of tears we’d shed. You liked to push my buttons, but i never turned away, I’ve always stood by your side, and still remain there today. I would do anything for you, always have and always will, having you and watching you grow is one of my life’s biggest thrills. No matter what you’re going through, no matter what the cares, I hope you know you can count on me, I will always be there. Everytime I look at you, I am overwhelmed with joy, there is one thing that will never change and that’s you being my baby boy. Your Dad and I, we love you, this much is very true, there’s never anything you could do that would deplete our love for you. So yes, today you turned 20 and we are very glad you came, you may be a lot taller now but we love you just the same.
