Delightful. This has a real 1950s feeling, in the furniture, the trim around the seats, those old tables (in the background), that counter (with wood trim!), the stools, etc etc. I love the girl with the huge ice cream cone. And i love her shirt too. And the teen, though dressed in clothes from past the 1950s, has an expression that feels like the 1950s. Her face is almost from a magazine cover by Norman Rockwell. (Not her body, but her face. I think Rockwell would be a tad embarrassed by her body, lol.) Sweet handling of space too, how it moves from right to left, close to far, with that checkered floor and all the old soda-shop appurtenances. Another inventive delight from you.

I'm at an hour now, so I regretfully have to leave. (See how slow I am? One hour, and I did, I think, 8 or 9 images. That's why I don't leave nearly as many comments as other people.) But it was a delight as always, and I like the wide variety of your images, as well as the fact that you use children as well as adults, and fairy tale images as well as realistic.
