luckily it was not too bad when I was there, but the Red River flows into it and will bringing the Oklahoma red dirt along with it.
on the other side there are two large boats being repaired in "dry dock". they are behind the large steel walls .
the cruise ship that I picked up passengers from was leaving for dry dock to be repainted and remodeling inside . workers were already painting onboard. the ship employees will remain on board helping the contactors for access to various areas

Agree with Eekdog. Much better water here, at least for the moment. Wouldn't mind plying a trade along the river. Even with the busyness it's still seems tranquil.
