Description

This started out as a photo of a metal box I took at the Railroad Park in Medford. I began adding pieces of other photos & it gradually grew into a photo collage consisting of over 30 layers in Photoshop...

I love it when you get into stuff like this. The result is always worthwhile! I love the dandelion seed head behind the figurine, btw. What a brilliant juxtaposition! Outstanding work!

I'm with Andrea and Tara. I too love it when you blend. It's chock full. The guy on the metal box looks a little like Rudolph Serkin (the classical pianist). A little. In any case, he's striking in that spot. The fiery buddhist demon, or maybe Chinese emperor demon---whatever it is---is even more fiery because of the dandelion, like a halo of blasting energy. The sides have these mechanical things in them, like a boiler room that's been painted in dayglo hues. And parts of it seem to be colliding with the demon. I assume part of this is from the RR park---ie, the machinery. Wonderful job. Very vivid.
