Great job on the texture! Even the head hair looks great, although a little flat on top...All around good job....I'd love to have this texture in my system.

Let's see, things to work on: Eyes. Everyone makes perfect, unblemished eyes. Eyes have little veins, spots that are less shiny (specularity map is a good idea), and the reflections in them are indicative of the environment (eg an environment map is necessary) Skin: I see some pores, which is good. Consider some very faint freckling, skin tone variation. People get more sun on their cheekbones and forehead, so those areas have more change. Avoid perfect symettry. . .

This is a really great start. I love the hair texture. I think it would pay to do seperate hair piece for it. Texture on the whole is very good. More detail in all ways though. Lips, eyes, skin texture. A lot of this could be accomplished with a good bump map.
