Wow, 1973: That's 43 years ago! And you etched? I've never etched in my life: I made such a mess, the one time I tried, I never went back. This is an intense self-portrait, very penetrating, and your lines get very intense and dramatic. Your background really intensifies (on the left), and I like the massive quality of your face and neck, making your gaze all the more powerful. You look like you're contemplating something very serious. Fine piece of introspective work, Jock. With very intense lines.
