Just for the variation, here is a shot I took in the garden center. I am glad I brought my camera. I adore this stunning sight :)

Yes zoom is a must, and so are all the different, contrasting colours, namely a must for the eyes

Great shot, Helle. Yes this beauty must be zoomed to fully appreciate the subtle blends and textures of this stunning panache of petunias. One could lie down on this floral bed and take a nap.

Another great flower shot! At first I thought, "do Per and Helle have any room to walk?" Then I read your description. (If this were your front yard, I'd say, "you might wanna cut down on the petunias, people" Gorgeous explosion of color and form! And your pov lets them spread out like a carpet. Your proportions are just right too---ie, mostly flowers, with a big of wall in the background. Esp with those things hanging down. (Ie, the long tendril-y things. I'm sure there's a name for them, but I'm an idiot when it comes to gardening.) You've posted yet another flower shot that blasts our eyes. I hope everyone zoomed. Beautiful work, Helle, these flower shots have been splendid!

An ocean of Petunias (or a carpet) - this is just too good and the perfume must be unbelievable, I wouldn't and couldn't walk away from all this colourful display so easily, it's delicious Helle, just like some candy overload !
