Hi,
I'm Nile, creator of the comic Nina Omega. My style is a combination of Poser renders and line art. It took a long time to develop, and I have scoured this site for a decade before I finally signed up to post my artwork. You may recognize a lot of Poser elements in backgrounds or even characters. My thanks go out to all those who contribute freebies, because that's an awesome thing to do.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. Keeps me going!
I compose my scenes in Poser entirely. Then I edit the render in Photoshop, with an extra color layer, and line art in colors that match the objects. I recreate the shading and the lighting in Photoshop, all in separate layers, and I give everything (except the lines) a varying degree of opacity.
When I started this comic, it was mostly Poser images with some added colors and lines. But now I find myself lowering the opacity of my Photoshop color layer more and more, because I want to end up with images that look more like drawings then renders. But it's a lot of work!
